Company Terms & Conditions (Standard Key & Cell Phone Service)

  1.  Key Code Key Security Limited’s responsibility is to ensure that the customer is contacted as soon as lost keys have been received by the third party security company, or the finder of a cell phone contacts Key Code on the 0800 number provided. Key Code will arrange the return of these items as follows:

    a)  Keys - instruct third party security company to return keys by courier to the owner.
    b)  Cell phone - arrange for the cell phone to be couriered to the address provided by the customer.

  2. The key tag and the cell phone service will be invoiced in advance, on an annual basis for 1 year at a time and is not refundable.

  3.  a) Cancellation of the cell phone return service must be provided in writing within 1 month of the current invoice date. The invoice will be credited upon Key Code Key Security Limited receiving the written cancellation, by the service expiry date of the last paid invoice.

    b) Cancellation of the key return service must be provided in writing within 1 month of the current invoice date. The key security tags are also required to be returned to Key Code Key Security Ltd, to the address on the invoice/statement, by the service expiry date of the last paid invoice. The invoice will be credited and account closed when both of these requirements have been met. The return of the key tags by this expiry date is the customer’s responsibility. Any unreturned tags at the service expiry date will incur a charge of $5.00 + GST per tag. These charges will be issued on a new invoice.

  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to advise Key Code Key Security Limited of any change in circumstances i.e. Account name/contact person, address, phone numbers (land line/cell phone), fax or email. Any change of ownership must be advised or the yearly invoice will be sent out accordingly.

  5.  Should payment not be made by the previous years’ service expiry date, the customer agrees to pay costs of collection both prior to and post legal action plus any interest charges (2.5% per month).

  6.  Key Code Key Security Limited reserves the right to use the customer’s personal information and to contact and enquire with any credit reporting or reference agency with regard to any application the customer makes with this company.

  7.  Payment of any Service Charges, previous and present, indicates acceptance of Key Code Key Security’s Terms & Conditions.

  8.  Prices may be subject to CPI.

Replacement Key & Cell Phone tags can be issued free of charge if required.
